Ielts repeating failed part

my mother did the ielts general for citizenship application. She needs at least 4.5 on listening, but she got 4. She got 6 on speaking.

Is there a way she can repeat the listening part only?

No - unfortunately she needs to re-take the test again

Thats normal. But you can complain with ITO Complaints. They help people who have failed the IELTS test multiple times.

All scores must come from the same test result - scores cannot be combined!

She can take a celpip instead. Some people are not good for ielts... Try for celpip.
I know.. some girls tend to fail to ielts ... one of my friends took an ielts for 16 times.. all tests are failed... Now, my friend is trying for celpip. If she tried more than 10 times, I suggest that celpip. Good luck

Hi, I am new to this forum.

Please I need your help on my IELTS score.

I have written the test more than once and the score is below the requirement for FSW.

I have tried to contact ITO Complaint via email severally but no response.
Please I need their contact number or if there is any way you can help me with the situation as I am running out of time for filing complaint for IELTS.
