Dear u have to appear in IELTS exam even u r the citizen of English country.

No IELTS = No Canada

Yes IELTS = Yes Canada

Simple

If you are applying for Quebec Provincial Nominee, then check the LIST of documents etc required in the guide or check list.

As for Federal Skilled worker, you have to give IELTS. Even if (by birth) you are Citizen of English speaking country or hold a PhD....No other way.

If your score is beyond 67 without IELTS, that's fine.

IELTS is MANDATORY...irrespective of scoring the 67 eligibility points.

I agree with Mitali,

Submitting IELTS result along with other documents is a mandatory requirement. If not done, your application will be rejected, no matter how much your points are.

I beg to differ. For Quebec, IELTS is not mandatory, as long as you can provide the letter from your university stating that the medium of instruction was in English.
