IELTS query!

Hi, I have lost the copy of ielts which I did for immigration purpose. I neither remember the date on which I did the ielts nor any reference number on it. Can I get the another copy of ielts, if so what is the procedure. I did it back in 2009.
I need ielts to proof the language ability for citizenship,

Here's what the IELTS site says:

Information for candidates who have taken IELTS

After taking IELTS, you will receive one copy of your Test Report form (TRF) and this cannot be replaced.

If you need additional copies to be sent to recognising organisations however, please contact your IELTS centre for assistance. Your centre may charge an administration fee for providing this service. Your centre cannot send additional TRFs if your test was taken more two years ago.

A copy may be in your GCMS notes from your original application.
