Google and download all books (Cambridge 1 to 9). It free of course.

Do lots of practice samples especially for the listening test. It's where you have to be quick and if you miss one word it can screw up the entire test.

You should be able to find a lot of practice material through google.

Overall, the test is easy, just need to focus and try to finish on time.

Source: experience - took both academic and general IELTS tests.

I just want to have an idea about timings for the exam ?

Is it time bound ? Also, through Google random stuff comes up for practice. Can anyone help with links to listening practice material ?
