Can anyone explain how points for basic proficiency are assigned? The guide says 1 point (maximum of 2). So, when do you get 1 point and when 2 points? In other words, what does that "maximum of 2" mean? Thanks, Robert

You can only get 1 point in maximum of two sections.

I think if you get 1 point each in 3 sections, then they will give you only 2 points and not 3 for those three sections.
I think if you get 1 point each in all 4 sections, then they will give you only 2 points and not 4.

if you get all of them basic you will be awarded only 2 points

if you get one of them basic you will be awarded one point for it

if you get two of them basic you will be awarded 2 points for them

if you get three of them basic you will be awarded 2 points for them
