would any one let me know the eligibility points for skilled workers immigration

I have scored over all 5.5 in IELTS i am i eligible for Immigration for canada, actually how many points minimum is required.

You could get R-2,S-2,W-2,L-2 = 8 points on average band 5.5 according to previous rule. As per moderate score
