1) You need a minimum score of 6 in each IELTS category.
2) You need a job offer in Canada to qualify to apply for FSW. All of the IT/programming related categories have already reached their cap.
3) You will get additional points if you demonstrate a certain level of proficiency in French.

Dear Scylla,

I appreciate your quick reply. Thank you so much for that.

I think I have asked wrong question then, I am bit confused in PR & FSW stuff. Actually I want to move to Canada. I am SAP FICO Consultant having 5+ years of experience in SAP. My spouse if also CMA from CIMA London ( Would be as a dependent ).

In my opinion I think I will have to opt for PR ! is it or which one ? Can you please guide on this. I am aware of that as CAP has reached to its last point.

Once again thank you for expert advice and guidance.

Regards,

Pankaj.

You'll have to read through all of the immigration programs in detail to see if you qualify to apply. You can find this information here:

http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/apply.asp

If you don't have time / don't feel comfortable reading through this information yourself, then I would recommend that you hire an immigration consultant or lawyer.
