Location doesn't matter, if you have to do means you have to do... no favourable location

That's true....I see and hear from people saying that since the corrections are done in the same location or exchange to other location.

Let me share my experience, i have already spent 900 dollars on Ielts and yesterday i got best result of my life but .5 short of reading and 1 point short of 67 point for FSW. Still i am positive because i have to do it.

Yes every section is checked by two different person and they check within centre.

First how much you need to score? are you native english speaker? what is the purpose behind IELTS?

Sice I am under NOC A - 2172


As you you I need to score 6 in each . But not as overall 6.

You need to actually be good at English before getting those scores. I would suggest you enrolling in those IELT courses and brush up your English. Think about English as an important skill for you to survive in Canada (with the exception that you are working in those occupations with little English requirement, e.g., cooks).

If you are applying under EE, I doubt having a score of 6 in each category will give you enough points to be nominated.

Hi Johnson,

If you tell me some more information about your profile then i can let you know how much you need to score in IELTS. CIC requirement is 6 which clb 7 and its Bullshit because just to having clB 7 you need to have many years of experience with PHD. Now tell me below info:-

Age
Education
CEC or FSW?

Is there a way to map the scores that we score in practice IELTS tests to actual CLB bands? For eg. If we score 35 out of 40 in practice tests, what would be the corresponding CLB level??
