IELTS - Passport Details Change

Hi all.
Have a query regarding IELTS which is linked to your passport number. Just in case you renew your passport your IELTS score would mismatch your passport number as it is linked to your previous passport number. How does that work with your application . Can you link your IELTS score to your new passport??

Just add an LOE with your application and provide both copies of passport. Would not be issue
