Today I get result, I need to score complete for Language, otherwise no more points.
I got it just over all 5bands.
L: 5.0
R: 4.5
W: 5.5
S: 5.5
overall : 5.0

how many points can I get in above bands.

It is just 4 or maybe maximum 5 depending on visa officer.

You need the "High" band for every section to score 16 points.

In Ielts, overall scores are not calculated, instead individual format scores are calculated.
