IELTS OR TOEFL

Hi Friends,
I have applied to centennial college for Biotechnology technologist and Industrial Microbiology and got my admission. I have written both IELTS and TOEFL, and got offer letter based on TOEFL score. On the offer letter it is mentioned that "TOEFL approved by english department". now my question is that can i apply for visa under SPP using my IELTS score though i got offer based on my TOEFL score

Office does not care whether you submit IELTS or TOEFL, you have got acceptance letter based om your TOEFL score.

Those candidates who have done TOEFL there is a standard conversion table inwhich TOEFL score is compared to IELTS.

Thanks for your important reply,

finally what do u suggest whether to apply visa under SPP using only IELTS score

or

apply visa under general using TOEFL score,

i got every document ready including Rs1600000/- ( $ 35000 ) bank loan which covers 80% of my fee + expenses and already paid $ 6750 as my first term fee from my saving

The only dilemma is that whether to apply visa under SPP/GENERAL

Don't get confused between IELTS / TOEFL. Send TOEFL, coz you have been accepted on the base of TOEFL (IELTS/TOEFL are not mandatory documents so don't worry too much).

If you are 110% sure that your bank loan covers 80% of education, living and stuff, than go ahead with SPP, else general is better. Also, mehtab.92 and GS_Stud got their visa in 11 days. They applied in General Category. So you have to be not 100% but 110% sure that your funds are okay. I have seen that this is the only major cause of rejection in SPP (along with study miss match).
