Oh ok. So my first language was other then English or French. I would still be considerd English as my first language?

Yes, that is what I was explaining to you. Immigration considers only English and French. The one of them that is your better language, to immigration that is your "first" language and the other one is your "second" language.

In real life, English was not my first language and not even my first foreign language. To immigration, English was still my "first" language because I don't speak French at all.
