If I get IELTS Iow band in particular section, Can I go for IELTS One Skill Retake program to apply the Canada PR Express entry?

For EE, not at this time.

• IELTS: International English Language Testing System
  • You must take the General Training option.
  • We don’t accept the Academic option for Express Entry.
  • We don’t accept the One Skill Retake version of the IETLS General Training test

I want to apply for Canada SDS, is an IELTS 1 skill retake accepted for SDS? I checked canada.ca website but I didn't find anything related 1 skill retake for the SDS category. They mentioned overall 6 band is required.

Never seen IRCC mention that one take is accepted. For Express Entry, it is no so assume the same.

It's not accepted for Express Entry. You have to retake the whole test.

IT IS NOT ACCEPTED! You have been told over and over again it is not accepted. Anyone who wants to improve their score need to do the whole thing again.
Maybe you want someone to tell you what you want to hear…so go ahead and convince yourself it is accepted.

It’s not accepted express entry. It accepted for certain refugee applicants ONLY. Hope this puts this question to bed.

We accept IELTS One Skill Retake (OSR) for EMPP candidates only
If you took the IELTS test and want to improve your score on one of the 4 skills (reading, writing, listening, speaking), you may be able to re-test for that skill if

• you’re from a select country
• the re-test is within 60 days of your original test date
• you’re applying for EMPP
