Yes that is true...i am talking about another question similar to that which was the next question...cant rem exact wordings..

they used synonym in 2nd para. there were 2 call centres dedicated to Auto service/failure (don't remember exactly). then later in 2nd last para they mentioned that 60 employees are there in call centre
