IELTS notification: candidate result withheld (Exam date: 7 Jan 2017)

Hi,
My result also withheld 7th Jan 2017, Riyadh (BC - Female). No update until now.

My results came today (30 jan 17) by 1300 hrs. I did not receive any sms though, but checked online.

Sorry to hear about this... Try once again, hopefully you will get a good score the second time.

Unfortunately, I received my result after one week of investigation. I'm sure i did well but i was shocked when i saw the results on website.

R:6.5 L:7 W:5.5 S:6

I'm sure this isn't my result, but i will not request remarking (EOR) because the previous EOR took more than 10 weeks for the result to appeared.

Allahamdulillah I got my results online today I got overall 6.5

Me also appeared from Riyadh though IDP on 7 jan. But no success till now.

Could you please let me know how you came to know about your results are available now and if you don't mind plz share all band scores.

Dear All,

I appeared for my IELTS General Test (BC) on 7th Jan 2017 in Riyadh. Results were supposed to be declared on Fri 20th Jan 2017, however, I received an email from the Test center on Thursday Mid-Night stating Results withheld for scrutiny. Below is the email I received,

Yes, as I mentioned in my previous post of this thread, I received my withheld results on 30 jan 17 by 1:00 pm Saudi Time. I kept checking online. Received an email almost 2-3 days later to check your results.

one more thing i want to ask did the customer care people gave you any date for the result cz if the result came within 10 days then i suppose it is ok. kindly enlighten.

Well, I did not call the customer care neither got worried. It is their routine process, they shall update as and when possible. Still, you can visit the BC test center and ask them directly. Hopefully they will give you some dates. Specially in the case of Riyadh.
