Again no. Asuming that you are asking about OWP with inland sponsorship.
Since it's a family/spousal sponsorship, the relationship between you and the PA is more important than "skills" of the PA.
Don't stress with that exam, it ain't required and even if IRCC requires it they will request it during the process and won't be denied because of it.
