IELTS minimum score for new FSW application round 2013

I got my IELTS score today, I am also new to the forum and applying for the Canada PR 2013.

Listening: 7.5
Reading: 7.0
Writing: 6.0
Speaking: 7.5

Overall: 7.0

Pls let me know is this eligible score to apply or do I need to re-appear for the test ?

my question is my wife is British citizen ( born and lived in the UK)
do I claim the language 5 points under adaptability from her without her doing IELTS as she is a native English speaker?

The score doesnot stands for FSW as minimum IELTS score needed is 6 in each section.
