guys can you please help me.Please advise if toefil/ielts is mandatory with initial application to sydney?I applied before april 16 2010.Is it mandatory as I did not send it.Also can you please point at the link which says so on canada website?I have indian passport and work on h1b in usa

Yes, as a non native you have to take IELTS. Doesnt matter if you like it or not!

BUT IN YOUR INITIAL APPLICATION ITSELF?I MAILED ON 6TH APRIL AND THEY RECEIVED ON 10APRIL?
