I had the same. Go for reevaluation. Though they took 6months to do so, I'm able to reach 430 from 390 crs

Request for revaluation should be made within six weeks of the test date on the Test Report Form. It looks like the OP is way beyond six weeks, their IELTS is expiring this September.

Happened the same to me and a couple of more friends, retook the exam with a little more caution and got the desired results.

As suggested by someone on the thread, apply for reevaluation if still applicable and continue to prepare better for the next test (just in case if reevaluation does not reap desired results.)
