IELTS Listening Computer based (PL help who have done it)

Hi guys,

I will be sitting for the IELTS computer based exam on this Saturday and I am not sure how this listening test works, My general assumption on this is that we get a set of question and the audio will be played as soon as we click on that section. Is it true? or the computer takes us through each section automatically? is there anyway we can read the other section during time we get to check our answers like in paper based test?

Computer won't take you through out sections of the test. Once u click start, the. audio starts and questions appears. You can move around questions till time gets over. But I would not recommend that while audio is playing.
