IELTS Last Name issue and EE ... Please Help :(

Hi All,
I took IELTS exam and I got my certificate from 4 months back. However, I traveled to another country and I figured out that the certificate contains my first name and middle names, and they put one of my middle names as my last name (and the certificate does not have my last name). My question is, could I submit it in EE application ? I have contacted the IELTS test center, they can change it but it will take more time and effort to do it. Please help me as I am planning to submit the application this month.

Since you have photograph on the masksheet there will no issue. On the safer side send the request for correction and go ahead with the profile. If they change your name also still your ID will remain same.
