IELTS Issue Regarding Admission

Dear All

i want to get admission in M.eng for winter 2012 in canada but my IELTS Score is 6.0 and i am not having too much time for re taken the IELTS??

em i eligible in any University or not or is threre any University which is having low IELTS requirements??

if not can i apply to some college and than by reaching canada i switch to university

Check whether the university to which you are applying to needs IELTS or not. If not than no worry at all. Simply do not mention your IELTS score as you would be exempted. Do the same while applying for visa.

@ saadileo I've admitted in UoA for Meng civil buh unfortunately I have submitted my IELTS score in embassy that is 6 what do you think ambassador takes bad impression?....my uni is exempted for IELTS.....applied on 13th june still no medical call no response... ???

i think they look for better reasons to reject than low ielts score. i attached my toefl score only because it was good. but none of the other people going with me attached ielts (they didn't even wrote it) and few of them already have their visa stamped.Submitting IELTS is recommended but not mandatory.

I have never heard about IELTS being an issue for rejection. Plus 6 is an accepted band and since you have been exempted from any sort of ELP exam, so shouldn't be a problem.
