Ielts idp or BC ???

I recently met a person who claimed that Canadian universities accept(prefer) Ielts conducted by BC rather than idp. Is it true ??

and is Ielts easier of idp or british council ??

2. Both conduct the same test (at least in Pakistan)

both are same...i have given the test in both places...i found Bc is better...however almost same...

not true but from my experience bc is better than idp

Yup it is said that IDP examiners check the exams with leniently but BC examiners have thorough and better checking of exams. I am not sure how much of it is true but the exams are same but only the examiners are of different countries for IDP and BC
