So what I felt is, they said analyse data between countries that are in top 10 and bottom 10... so I felt they are two groups of countries and data is being analysed between them..For 28th
They want to select 10countries from top and 10countries from bottom
So answer may be c

I heard rucksacks are useful and for torch light they mentioned not to waste space in the bag and they also said the paths are wide and clearly visibleI guess Rucksacks -B and Torch light - A
