I did it like this:
16 - by plane
17 - by car
18 - by minivan
19 - by bus
20 - by train
The sound transcript said “by rail” which corresponds to “train”. May be Thats why you got confused with “raft”. Raft and rail sounds similar.

If we wrote in answer in As per given paper in " A B C D " instead of description " by train , by donkey" is is acceptable or not..Please reply

No it wasnt. The motive was to redesign the interior Cargo Area or something of that sort... That was the section of the plane that they were working on which they wanted glass from floor to ceiling.
