If Set Procedure is correct then I have 39 correct
If it is incorrect and Employment Act ia correct, I have all 40 correct.
 
I did it like this:

The sound transcript said “by rail” which corresponds to “train”. May be Thats why you got confused with “raft”. Raft and rail sounds similar.
I did the same Exactly in this section.
