BC result in India will display around 10:30 AM Indian time.My last month result also came around this time.Text msg will come after 11 am

BC?

Either check your phone, earlier messages they sent you contains candidate number, or just go to the candidate area https://ielts.britishcouncil.org/CandidateLogin.aspx and log in with your IELTS reference number and email. Once done that, you should see 'Result' tab next to 'Preparation Materials'

Was my fifth attempt and I feel devastated. Shameful and what not .

Any advice if I give for EOR/reevaluate will there be a chance of getting a 7 .
Trust me I maintained through word count , paragraphing and .......
