What was the description under "D" i cant remember. Can anyone tell me?

D was 'a new approach to the glaciers in uganda' something like that...but I think b is correct answer..

Section 2 i believe was about the physiotherapy centre

13. Not given - patients required to record symptoms

15. True - various programmes as per needs of adults and children etc as per need of each group
