I have given IELTS in 2005 with 7.5 band, for citizenship is it considered valid, please advise

I'm pretty sure you can use an expired IELTS for citizenship language requirement. What I'm not sure is how old it can be... 10 years? 20 years?
 
Yes - it's still valid for citizenship. There is no expiry on IELTS test for citizenship. Different rules than immigration. Go ahead and use the test results you already have. See:
