IELTS General Training Score for PR CEC NOC skill type A Eligibility

I received my IELTS General Training Results as below, am I eligible to apply for Permanent Residency Canadian Experience Class (CEC) under NOC skill type A?

Listening - 7.0
Reading - 6.0
Writing - 6.5
Speaking - 8.0
Overall - 7.0

What does this mean? There is no requirement for an "overall" score as far as I can tell.

Thanks friends, just wanted to confirm:

I heard people mentioned that all four ability score need to be 7 or above? or some of them said need to be 6.5 or above in each ability.

What am I missing?

Are my reading (score 6) and writing (6.5) also meeting the requirements for for PR CEC NOC skill type A Eligibility? Thanks.

The people who gave you that information (or perhaps you yourself) have probably confused the IELTS scores with the equivalent CELPIP scores (which are indeed 7 in each ability), or perhaps the equivalent CLB Level (which is 7).

In the case of IELTS, the minimum scores are 6.0 in each of the four abilities for NOC A.
