IELTS General Training Score for PR CEC NOC skill type A Eligibility

I received my IELTS General Training Results as below, am I eligible to apply for Permanent Residency Canadian Experience Class (CEC) under NOC skill type A?

Listening - 7.0
Reading - 6.0
Writing - 6.5
Speaking - 8.0
Overall - 7.0

I heard my friends say that all four ability score need to be 7 or above? or some of them said need to be 6.5 or above in each ability.

Are my reading (score 6) and writing (6.5) also meeting the requirements for for PR CEC NOC skill type A Eligibility? Thanks.

Your friend made a mistake - the requirement of "7" is for CLB Levels not scores. And having a score of "6" is equivalent to being at CLB Level 7 - therefore you are eligible with all scores being "6" or above.
