IELTS-GENERAL MODULE TEST-INDIA-28th March,2015: SPEAKING TEST Feedback.

Just appeared for IELTS-General Module in India, on 28th March, 2015. As these forums helped me alot in acquainting with as well as preparing for the Test, i consider Sharing My Experiences to be my moral responsibility. So for those aspirants waiting to face the heat, here is a brief review of the Test.

IELTS, GENERAL MODULE, INDIA, 28th March, 2015.

SPEAKING SECTION: (held on 26th March, 2015)

Part-1: Basic Questions asked like:

• 
  What is your Full Name?
  Do you work or study?
  What is your profession? (since i said i am working)
  What are your roles and responsibility in work?
  Do you have a small group of friends or a big one?
  How often do you meed your friends?
  How do you spend time with your friends?
  Do you think taking breaks is important? if yes, why?
  

Part-2: Cue Card:

• Describe a recent activity you did which you consider was a complete waste of your time. Your talk must include,
  What was the Activity?
  When and where you did that activity?
  With whom you did that activity? and
  Why do you consider it a waste of your time?

Part-3: Questions based on Cue Card:

• Where do you think most people waste time nowadays?
  How can you prevent wasting time?
  How important is planning according to you?
  What is the difference between long term & short term planning?
  What is your view on Government 5 year plans?

You have faced really weird question in section 3. I also appeared for 28th march, my speaking was fine but i was struggling with listening it was so hard :'(

Speaking questions were pretty much the same as in Canada on the 28th of March, were about time

Yes Jaiveer, even i felt that the questions were a bit weird. Infact the Cue Card was very unexpected too. Anyways enjoyed the process and lets hope for the best...
