Not able to find my Reference number. How did you get that?
Sorry I was confused between the reference number and the candidate number.
The reference number is in the registration confirmation email.
The candidate number you get in the exam in the piece of paper on your desk.

This is my 4th attempt and I doubt about malpractices taking place at some IELTS centers.I have all answers for my 3th and most for 4th attempt.
I had cross checked my answers for 3rd attempt with other test taker. And we had just 3 answers different which makes me 3 answers ahead of her or behind her. Rest answers were same. But we both scored 6.5 in Reading. How is it possible.Atleast one of us should be ahead of other right, Considering the 3 different answers.
I though of rechecking but the faith in system is shattering.
And the system is so flawed test taker don’t have access to right answers, nor answer sheets later. Plus using pencil makes it more adverse.
Please guys confirm the answers for me to get some clarity.
I somehow can relate to you. My reading was above par, was expecting somewhere around 8, got 6.5 eventually. Which center you and your friend gave test at ?

It is in the piece of paper you get in the exam. It was on your desk and you should have taken it with you. This is the only way you get it.

No. I didn't get that either. Just checked that email.

Hey Guys,,,,

What is happening this time? Feel like everyone of us is getting unexpected score.

My Best score
L:7.5, R:9, W:7 S: 7

Sept 8
L 6.5, R6, W5.5?, S 6.5

My friend also got unbelievable low this time, can we do something about it? Does IELTS purposely mark it harder?

I feel like ielts test is getting harder than harder, i took it since last year and very difficult listening/reading recently

PS: September 8 British Council Toronto

I can feel the pain bro

My frnd also took the same test he is also in shock this score

L:6.5, R: 5.5, W:6.5 S:7

And he was expecting 8 in Reading and 7 or 7.5 in Listening

I think it is all a game to make money not a true or accurate assessment method of testing language

Unbelievable

:rolleyes:I think the whole scoring system needs to be more transparent, the IELTS official won't bother to tell the candidates which questions they answered wrong, which means they can do whatever with the number of correct answers in reading/ listening and announce the score...
