plz tell 5.5 is ok if i have 67 points for noc4131

i must not lie u here........... 5.5 is not gud score for 4131 , but if u are getting 67 thn should not have problem............. so practise and give ielts again..........

i visited websites and studied papers relating to the ielts score. its obvious that they did not impose any criterion that an applicant of NOC 4131 must have an academic IELTS or a super high score . it is sure that an applicant was asked to explain how will he be economically established in Canada with this score , and so so ....... actually it was such a case where many vulnerable factors which were not in favor of the applicant. so it was only the case of IELTS . yes ,a relevant score is a requirement . the requirement of IELTS score varies subject by subject .if it is a technical subject or a subject in extensive use of english language.

u are right ielts score requirement varies from case to case as each and evry case is unique ............ as 4131 is into teaching or giving instructions , so they (cic) expect decent score of 6.5 to 7.......... this is wht i have seen in this forum............

hey !! i never said that 4131 needs.... ielts academic......... ielts academic is only for 4141 that is high school teacher ,only to get license

and for 67 points ielts general........ is fine.......

first of all congrats............
since ur chc is singapore........each and evry VO has its own way of getting things done.............. anyways let me try to give some ideas.........
once status changes into in process...... it means u cleared 67 points and ur documents have been approved temporarily
now ur documents will undrgo intensive scrutiny i mean Visa Officer will try to verify the authenticity of all ur submitted documents eg. educations, workhistory, experiences etc... if satisfied the VO will issue Medical(may take 1-3 months dependng upon the Visa Office)........... so in other words this period is the most dangerous stage............... so now be on ur toes and inform ur employer and always keep ur mobile on... they may call to verify certain issue if the VO is in doubt............

i think u will not be awarded any points for ur spouse's work experiences.............. but only for her education.....

regarding ur spouse diploma........... if she has completed 14 yrs of full time studies and 3 yrs of diploma thn u will be awarded 4 points.......
if it is less thn 14 yrs of full time studies thn .............................................................3 points
