IELTS FOR NON SDS (GENERAL STUDY PERMIT)

Hi,
I thought we didnt need IELTS if we applied under the nonSDS category but during the webinar held for international students they said they need IELTS for general study permit too in order to receive Approval in principle. Is this true ?
I did do IELTS but how do i submit it? Can i just send it as a email pdf also anyone know which email is should send it too?

Yes. You do need IELTS it seems. You can use webform to send a scan copy of your IELTS report card
