IELTS for Chartered Accountant

Hello,

I am practicing Chartered Accountant in India. There is MOU signed between ICAI and CPA Canada. I want to know that whether I need to clear exam of IELTS for visa, if I am going to apply for UFE as per MOU?

How is CA from ICAI evaluated by WES. Is it treated at par with masters?

I'm assuming that's the professional exam for accountant? That's not an academic program/credential.

Yes I just read previous threads. CA from ICAI is treated as equivalent to bachelors. No extra credit available for them.
