Hi
I wrote IELTS on 2017 January and my score (7 band) is valid till 2019 January. I am going to Fanshawe College this year for 1 year PG certificate course (2018 September intake) and planning to take another 1 year PG certificate course(2019 September intake).

My query is in order to get admission for the 2019 September intake, do I need to retake my IELTS again since it will be expired on January 2019, while I am pursuing my 1st 1-year course?

I think no...i am assuming that u will be extending your study permit within Canada after completing your first course...i dont think so as you will be doing ur first course with english medium of instruction...

No you do not but of course you will need to ensure your study permit is valid for the duration of both courses either upfront or through an extension.

Hey, thank you for the response.
This is my course: https://www.fanshawec.ca/programs-and-courses/program/ims1-interactive-media-specialist/next-year#group_courses
Is it possible to get an upfront study permit, valid also for the second 1-year program?

Also, after I complete the two 1-year programmes, totaling 2 years of continuous study and while applying for PGWP or getting a job, does the IELTS requirement again come into the picture?
