ielts expiring on Aug 24'14, documents reached cio on Jun 2'14

My question is that my paper all reached at CIC on Jun 02. Now after morethan 2 months today, I seems my document assesment is still not done and problem I have that my IELTS Test score is expiring on Aug 24'14 ( I gave exam on Aug 25'12).Please advice what can I do? Will CIO Reject my papers or there is any other way?

You don't have to do anything, your application was received before your IELTs expired.

Not sure but my consultant told me that my file bill be returned if asessing officer open file post aug24.
