IELTS expired after COPR and Marriage

Hi.. My PR application was approved in Oct 2109 and Inhad received COPR. I got married after COPR. My Ielts score expired in April 2020. I have submitted replacement kits at place holders provided in cic account by ircc in July 2020.

Do I need to retake IELTS?

No i have not landed. I have added spouse after COPR.
