MY SCORE IS 7 BANDS, I WANT TO APPEAR FOR AN OTHER IELTS TEST TO INCREASE MY SCORE FOR EXPRESS ENTRY. SO I WANT TO KNOW WHETHER I CAN USE OLD IELTS SCORE IF MY LATEST IELTS IS LESS THAN 7 BANDS.

You always can use a old IELTS score if is not expired. By the way what is your score in different sections? They do not count the overall.
 
gave exam on 4th..here are the topics :

You are not satisfied of the part-time course you had chosen- write letter to program supervisor stating the same and informing him that you would like to change,,also mention the alternative you want and why

Employers contact staff even when they are on holiday- discuss advantages/disadvantages and state your opinion
