IELTS exam for Citizenship

Hi there!
My wife will take the IELTS for the citizenship process. However, she only needs to reach 4,5 in the listening part and 4 in the speaking part, apparently.
my question is: does she need to take the reading and writing parts? Or is there a specific IELTS exam for citizenship with just speaking and listening?

I think ielts exam comes with the 4 components together. So each component has a score with a total score placing one’s knowledge of English in a band. So yes, she will have to take all the 4 components of the test: listening, speaking, reading and writing to have the result report to use for her citizenship app. Hope this helps.

If we comapre IELTS and CELPIP which is easier to get score? I am from Dubai
