Hi All,

I have got 6.5 in writing module with an overall band of 7.5.

I am confident that I have written good for both Task 1 and 2, just that there are more cancelled lines in task 2. I mean, I have rewritten few sentences by cancelling few lines. Could this e the reason for rating me at 6.5. Should I apply for an EoR for this module.? Please suggest !

I would prefer to re take the exam to increase reading score, rather than risking re evaluation for 6.5 in W.


btw I have also applied for reevaluation for Speaking ( I got 6.5) and other L - 8.5, R-9 W- 7.5

Hi guys, If you are very much confident about that then you can give a call on EOR. I had previously applied for Enquiry twice for writing module though no change was done. However, for my last attempt I got my Speaking rechecked to 7.0 against 6.5. as I was much confident as I had 7.5(S) in my last three attempts).

In speaking, comparativelymore subjectivity is there however in writing section they mark on the basis of specific factors.

Besides, one should attempt it instead of waiting for the result of EOR, I did the same and got the desired result with continue attempts.

Generally, that is extremely rare...

EOR applied after expiration of 6 weeks timeline from test date. I had to take permission from IELTS exam department through mail. They granted me extra 7 days to apply.

I have applied EOR in Reading section only.

never apply in Reading or listenning.... those answers dont change and computer rarely makes mistake in checking

If you are confident you didn't miss any part of question and you wrote decently. Go for EoR.
