IELTS - current scoring

Hello,
Can someone tell me what is the current IELTS score that the embassy looks for?
R- ?
W- ?
L- ?
S -?

Or do they look at an aggregate of all these?

There is no bench mark that the embassy needs........ It all depends case to case and YES from July they might have a Bench mark.
