COMPONENTS BAND SCORES & its EQUIVALENT POINTS (in Red font)
Reading 3.5 - 4.5 Band Score = 1pt 5.0 - 6.0 Band Score = 2pts 6.5- 9 Band Score = 4 pts
Writing 4.0 - 5.0 Band Score = 1pt 5.5 - 6.0 Band Score = 2pts 6.5 - 9 Band Score = 4 pts
Speaking 4.0 - 5.0 Band Score = 1pt 5.5 - 6.0 Band Score = 2pts 6.5 - 9 Band Score = 4 pts

this scale is effective since when? and why the listening is 1 band higher than the rest ? does anyone have any idea?
