ielts cloze test multiple choice hard

- im taking this exam for a job in 5 months time. About 20 % of the exam is cloze test multiple choice, ielts- advanced english! İ took this exam twice in the past 2 years but could only get 10% correct out of cloze test. There are about 20 cloze test multiple choice questions. What do i do? Memorize words in sentences. What happens if i learn 4000 words and none come in the exam? İ have 5 months until exam. They get the exam questions off the internet i need to get all answrs correct
