IELTS certificate sent after main package

Hello, maybe someone can advise on following. I am qualifying to apply for the CEC under new 1 year rule. My paperwork should be ready by the end of this year except IELTs. The closest date that I've managed to book the test is January 12th. It means that I will receive a certificate sometimes in the beginning of February. I want to apply ASAP to avoid possible backlog which may be caused by changing in the program rules. Is anyone who has applied under CEC has sent IELTS certificate separately, after the main package? Won't my application be rejected because of the missing piece?

If IELTS is not sent Along with the package then the complete package will be returned to the applicant
