What is the minimum band score for the parmanent immigration in Canada

The permanent residence to Canada under express entry or provincial nomination is based on CRS score. Which is combination of IELTS score + your age score + your education (BS/MS) + points for work experience (outside Canada and inside Canada). The minimum band one needs to realistically have any chance is 7+ in all 4. Minimum if one has provincial nomination can be 4+ but that is quite unrealistic unless someone is already a b Canada. So I would say 7+ so that the score can be near draw levels of 460+ crs score.

IELTS CLB Band 7 is compulsory for Canada PR. For basic eligibility in monetary immigration programs, a base score of 7 is required (FSW, CEC).
