Writing: 5.5
Speaking: 8.0

Am i still eligible for Skilled immigrants (Express Entry).

Nope. You need to score a minimum of 6 in each section to first qualify for FSW.

You must have Canadian Language Board level 7 or higher. For IELTS, in the Writing category, that corresponds to a score of 6 or higher.

Main Applicant CLB 7 and secondary CLB 5.

Revaluation takes longer time and yet does not guarantee the positive outcome.

apply for reevaluation if you want and in the meanwhile register to write another ielts.

you need atleast CLB8 or preferably 9 to have a very high score, your current scores will not help TBH

If you are under time frame , you please apply for reexamine your reading band score , probable it will take small amount ,I guess. Probably it will increase your reading score . I am ascertain .
