IELTS and/or TOEFL strongly recommended? (pakistan)

Hello

I am from Pakistan; I wish to study in Canada for my masters. The 'Documents Required' paper that the Gerry's people gave me states that 'Original IELTS and/or TOEFL scores are strongly recommended'.

What exactly does this line mean? My university accepted me without any IELTS or TOEFL, because my 4 years BSc has been in English. So please let me know, does the Visa office REQUIRE ielts or toefl?

Any help would be appreciated.

IELTS/TOEFL is not mandatory for visa its may be a uni. requirement but not a CHC req.

So send your docs through TCS or Gerrys without IELTS

Even when you submit your documents at TCS they will ask about IELTS, let them know that its not a CHC req.

tell them tht its not required by CHC and my Uni has waived it.
