IELTS after CIO approval

Hi friends!

I’ve some questions regarding IELTS exam…..
• Can I submit my FSW application to CIO, NS Canada before appearing an IELTS exam?
• If so, can I write my proficiency level as MODERATE in all 4 modules though I’m sure, I’ll achieve that to make 67 marks (considering 8 points in English thru IELTS)?
• After sending my application to CIO, if I achieve High proficiency in any of the modules in the IELTS exam, then doesn’t it contradict with my application that states Moderate proficiency in each module?

• After sending my application to CIO, if I achieve High proficiency in any of the modules in the IELTS exam, then doesn't it contradict with my application that states Moderate proficiency in each module? No, make changes in your full application after the CIO stage according to the achieved score in IELTS and explain the differences in the cover letter.

In the opposite way, if I write HIGH but get MODERATE proficiency in the IELTS exam (though I'm expecting to achieve 67 marks with MODERATE proficiency), then will it be a problem or not?
I think there will be no problem.
Do u have anything to say in this respect?
